Delete your account

The fastest way: in the TroDrop app, open Account → Delete account.

No access to the app? Send us your request here. We confirm by SMS and delete the account once your parcels are finished and any money owed to you is paid.

What is deleted: your name, e-mail, phone, saved recipients and devices. What we must keep: payment and custody records, without your details.
